Tom Holland once again stars as everyone’s favorite webslinger in this summer’s Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Marvel Studios and Disney are off to a hot start in the new year with new trailers for Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, and now Spider-Man: Far From Home. The web-slinging teen is back and fans could not be more excited. The action packed trailer highlights a multitude of things, from potential villains to Spidey’s newest adventures. The last time we saw the young Peter Parker, the mighty Thanos wiped out half of the universe with the snap of his fingers with The Decimation, causing Spider-Man and others to simply fade away from existence. Thankfully, we see the boy wonder once again, leaving a reason to believe that Parker somehow survived the snap or even came back to life due to the heroics of the Avengers. In addition, we are also able to see that Aunt May, Peter’s loving guardian, is supporting Peter as Spider Man, after she discovered his identity at the end of the film in Spider-Man: Homecoming, as seen in this scene:

Continuing on in the trailer, we see that Peter and his friends are on their way to Europe for some type of trip with classmates from his high school. Peter seems to just want a fun and normal trip, without the worry of having to be Spider-Man. He even is seen hesitating to bring his suit on the trip whatsoever, but the audience later finds out that Aunt May packed it for him anyways. Moving on, Peter is seen enjoying himself all around parts of Europe, ranging from London to Venice to Prague, with some of his best friends, such as his best friend Ned and his supposed love interest MJ. However, that sudden amount of joy seems to be interrupted when the recently dusted SHIELD agent, Nick Fury, suddenly appears and recruits Peter to fight foes in Europe. While there is no confirmation yet, it looks as if the villains known as Sandman, Molten Man, and Hydro-Man make appearances in the trailer. In addition, Jake Gyllenhaal’s character, Mysterio, a famous villain from the Spider-Man comics, appears and saves the day by helping Peter fight Hydro-Man. However, this could be a ploy to eradicate Spider-Man and trick him into trusting Mysterio, before turning on Spidey and once again causing chaos for the infamous webslinger.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is in theaters starting July 5th, 2019.
